Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Élan Stage 4 & 5 Welcome Morning Tea on Saturday 4 July. It was a pleasure to celebrate this special milestone with the newest landowners of our Élan community.

The morning was filled with friendly conversations, new connections and plenty of excitement as future neighbours met for the first time. From capturing photos beside the “SOLD” signs to chatting over coffee and morning tea, it was wonderful to see the strong sense of community already beginning to grow.

While the home-building journey is only just beginning, this marks the first chapter for many families as they look ahead to creating lasting memories at Élan. We can’t wait to watch the neighbourhood come to life and continue sharing the journey with you.
