Élan Takes Shape: Construction Progress Update

22 September 2026

There’s plenty happening at Élan, with construction continuing across the neighbourhood and a new phase of activity underway.

Stage 5 construction has commenced, with a mix of detached and terrace homes beginning to take shape. Customer home builds are also nearing completion, bringing Élan another step closer to welcoming more residents.

Three new display homes by award-winning builder Villaworld Homes are now open to explore, offering visitors the chance to see the quality, design and finishes firsthand.

Work is also underway on the Élan parklands, with landscaping progressing across these future green spaces. Alongside the construction activity, resident events are planned for the months ahead, creating more opportunities for neighbours to connect and enjoy life at Élan.

View the latest on-site update below for a closer look. It’s an exciting time and we look forward to sharing more milestones in the months ahead.
