Élan open for inspection weekend

As Élan embarks on the journey to establishing a connected neighbourhood nestled in the Morton Bay Region, we hosted 300 of our VIPs for an exclusive ‘Open Day’ event.

Prospective buyers joined the Élan team for a sunny morning in the heart of what will soon be a bustling community, getting to know one another over complimentary coffee and treats.

Each attendee was eager for the chance to explore the available blocks in the very first VIP land release and speak with our friendly Sales Consultants about the next steps towards homeownership in Élan.

Attendees were able to envision how this space will soon be brought to life with homes for the founding families in the Aurora neighbourhood, the first of Élan’s four future neighbourhoods.

Soon the sprawling space where our VIPs gathered will be transformed into a thriving community filled with likeminded people taking their next step in life together. With homes, walking and cycling paths, and a playground soon to come, this blank slate will soon be a vibrant ecosystem of families from every chapter of life.
