How to purchase via Expression of Interest

1. If you have registered to receive Élan release updates, you will receive an email prior to the release Expression of Interest (EOI) period opening with a link to the EOI form.
2. During the EOI period, click the button “EOI Form” in your email. This will take you to a webpage where you can submit your EOI via an online form.
3. Complete all details on the EOI form. If you require financing to complete the purchase, a copy of your pre-approval letter must be submitted to complete the form.
4. Once the EOI period has ended, all completed forms will be reviewed and available lots will be allocated to successful entrants who will be notified via phone by a date detailed in EOI email communications to confirm the purchase of your block.
