New Display Home Celebrations at Élan

A milestone moment was celebrated at Élan on Saturday 30 May, with the official unveiling of two brand-new Villaworld Homes and the opening of the community’s new Sales Office & Information Centre.
The event welcomed visitors, who enjoyed the opportunity to be among the first to explore the new display homes and discover the quality, style and thoughtful design that Villaworld Homes is known for.
Bathed in sunshine, the morning offered a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with guests enjoying live music, barista coffee, pastries, sandwiches and gelato while taking a closer look through the beautifully presented homes. The displays attracted strong interest throughout the event, providing visitors with inspiration and insight into the lifestyle opportunities available at Élan.
Families were kept entertained with face painting, balloon twisting and a wildlife display, which quickly became one of the day’s most popular attractions. From future residents and local families to first-home buyers and those simply curious to explore the community, the event brought people together to experience everything Élan has to offer.
The opening of the new display homes represents an exciting step forward for the growing community, giving prospective buyers a new opportunity to experience firsthand the quality homes and connected lifestyle available at Élan.

Wildlife Monitoring at Élan: January 2026 Koala Survey Update
At Élan, protecting local wildlife remains a priority. Our latest survey identified three koalas in the area, alongside other noteworthy species including several Petaurus spp., brushtail possums (Trichosurus vulpecula), grey-headed flying foxes (Pteropus poliocephalus), black flying foxes (Pteropus alecto), macropods, and various birds across the site.
